Reporting infringement of the Owner's work

2. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL);
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the contact address listed on this site containing your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Repeat infringers

Access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.

Notices submitted under penalty of perjury must be truthful; knowingly material misrepresentations may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
